Our Patient Care Process:

Our nurse manager communicates directly with the patient or their family. For occasional care needs, we conduct calls or video calls (based on clinical judgment). For continuous care, our nurse manager performs an in-person visit. In both scenarios, our professional develops a comprehensive nursing care plan, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, goals, and a detailed care strategy.

Our nurse manager then communicates with the nursing assistant, providing a detailed handover of the patient, including name, age, diagnosis, assessment findings, and specific nursing care instructions.

We provide patient care strictly in accordance with established protocols at Cuidarte Premium.

Our nursing assistant consistently provides a nursing report or note detailing the patient's status, physical assessment findings, vital signs, and any notable observations during their shift.

Should any questions or special situations arise with the patient or their family, the nursing assistant promptly communicates with the assigned nurse manager.

Our nursing assistant ensures meals are provided to the patient's care area.
