I am Dr. Mónica Restrepo Moreno, an Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon at Clínica CES and a university lecturer with 18 years of experience in the comprehensive treatment of obesity.
I specialized in bariatric surgery because I deeply believe that obesity is a chronic disease that deserves the same scientific rigor and compassion as any other medical condition. I don't judge; I support.
I perform procedures such as gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, intragastric balloon, and bariatric revisions, always with a multidisciplinary approach that includes a nutritionist, psychologist, and internal medicine specialist.
